A. Leo Pelds Engineering Co. (A.L.P.E.C.) has served as a civil engineering consulting and land surveying firm for more than 40 years.  The Des Moines company was owned and operated by A. Leo Pelds until 1998, when co-ownership was assumed by his sons daughter.
